A new Employee Benefits Survey conducted in partnership with McKinsey will dive into how brokers and consultants:

  • Are utilizing and informing their strategy with AI
  • Providing client solutions that include alternative benefit design, employee navigation and vendor point solutions

 

We will review the survey results with McKinsey live at the Employee Benefits Leadership Forum during the Council of Employee Benefits Executives (CEBE) meeting in May. If you do not plan to attend the Employee Benefits Leadership Forum, survey respondents will be invited to a webinar with McKinsey to discuss the survey results, with an opportunity for Q&A. A summary of the survey results will also be published in an upcoming edition of Leader’s Edge.
